chain as it would be relevant in the business sector
in which GNSS operates and I will try to answer whether
your example is characteristic of GNSS's current situation


I haven't studied GNSS's sector, but virtually every company has a value chain to some degree or another. The value chain is the set of suppliers, third-party vendors and customers. The more all members depend on GNSS's product for survival, the stronger the value chain. The less they depend on it, the weaker. To apply considerations of the value chain to GNSS, it might be helpful to review the stuff that's in the manual about the value chain.
