It gaps plenty over night, and sometimes it can move fast
during the day, It may could jump a stop limit order
but a regular stop will just become a market and go
off any way even if it's beyond your stop.

When I'm in a day trading mood I have my finger on
the trigger for a market order
& so I don't use stop loss orders.

I don't day trade except when the mood hits
as it's to intensive and I don't get anything
else done on daytrading days .<G>

I watch that MoMo index ( vol x price I posted )
it moves ahead of the market cap one. ( most of the
time ) it's all momentum & nothing else; it's like seeing
a crowd coming to feed before they get there and I
have to keep an eye on the volume as well as the direction.
I now have it set up streaming in real time.
