Don't pay any attention to what Bush says. Watch what he does. Character, Compassion, Courage and Civility are words which do not match his actions. His appointments of Ashcroft and Nortel say much more about him. Most Americans have reservations about him. If the election were held today, Gore would get more votes according to a recent poll. As for me, I will renew my memberships in the Sierra Club and AARP and American Trial Lawyers Association. I will write to my new Senator - Maria Cantwell and urge her to vote against Ashcroft and Norton although I do expect Ashcroft to be confirmed by a small majority.

Actually, upon further reflection, I realize how much you folks would miss my satirical retorts to your demonstrably false assertions, inconsistencies, frequent hypocrisy and confused reasoning.
