All of the protestors gave up and went home, so I got to go sailing after all. Wonderful day; clear sky, steady 25 knot winds. Had my little catamaran just flying along, two people out in harness, third steering, about as much fun as it's legal to have. Oddly, despite it being a Sunday afternoon with near perfect conditions, we were the only sail on the bay. I guess all the Captain blowhard types were sitting around the bars in the Scuba Shack or Magellan's Landing, reminiscing about how much better it was in the good old days.

Hell, these are the good old days, political upheavals notwithstanding.

I did write something about the revolution, but never put it up on the net. It's all safe enough, with a little common sense, and there are huge advantages, especially for those of us who earn dollars and spend mostly pesos. Some disadvantages, of course, but that's true of everything.

Hope the movie was good.
