Re:UMTS - After the initial 100 or so 3G networks are built out, is there some sort of timeline one can reasonably expect more licenses will be awarded followed by more buildout?

I realize this is probably a tough question to answer which is why I'm asking you .

If you're not sure of the answer, could you point me to a URL where I might uncover it?
