GLOBALSTAR IS COMPETING WITH CELLULAR

Vodafone Australia advertizes "Vodafone works here". They are using Globalstar to advertize total coverage. Their point is that Vodafone is the only company providing total coverage of Australia.

People then choose which Vodafone service they want. If they want the total coverage option, they buy an Ericsson or Telit phone. If they want the small phones, with good battery life and great functionality, they make do with urban [and some rural] coverage only.

So, in Australia, Vodafone is indeed using Globalstar to compete with cellular. Vodafone's competitors have their subscribers considering urban coverage only or changing to total Australian coverage from Vodafone [albeit with a big phone]. That's Vodafone's advertizing.

You sound like a good salesperson tb98, so if you are frustrated and having trouble selling it, I can see why sales are down - it's because what's offered is too expensive, too big, battery doesn't last, Globalstar likely to go broke or something.

What are the top 3 objections to Globalstar when people fail to buy them from you?

TIA,
Mqurice
