It's unclear to me why you believe that the excess California energy bill, which I believe has been estimated to be around $5 B, will have a significant impact on overall liquidity. It's a lot of money to Edison and PG & E customers, who will no doubt be forced to pay it off sooner or later, but that wouldn't be a lot of money to the financial markets. Are you aware of some other reasonable estimate of the impact?
