My point is that I think Cheney, and all of W's men, are going to be more active that some of our recent leadership allowed. Some would argue that this is indicative of some shortcoming from W, but I would disagree. No man has all the answers or energy to solve every problem. Yes, Bush will make use of the accumulated knowledge and experience of his VP and his advisors. This is not a negative; this is a strong positive. Somehow Laura doesn't strike me as a person the least bit concerned or interested in holding the limelight. She will be focused on doing her part, in a quiet yet effective manner. Lynne and Laura might be a tough duo. She appears to be a well-mannered, well intentioned, just plain GOOD woman. She will be a welcome contrast to her predecessor.
