I don't think that is true. All sorts of groups give out flyers to Junior Highschool kids- I wouldn't call it "recruitment" - and just about anything that expresses any point of view is propaganda. My point is- where is the harm? Unless you think mere information makes people homosexual. If you went to a lecture on homosexuals would you turn gay? I know I wouldn't. The boyscouts even recruit little tiny elementary school children! This is an organization that discriminates against gays and atheists- gosh, people who discriminate against gays and atheists must be a protected class.
