Too bad management doesn't really give a flip what their readers really want and need. We have been asking for an auto download speed version previously called Browsemaster. When the interface changed we were promised we would not lose access to that time saving device for more than a couple of months. Still nothing... They just don't seem to get the picture that customer loyalty gives them the power to move with the times. Fred
