Mytec Technologies Inc...A "Stock to Watch". MYT-t...develops and licenses biometric technologies. It is an industry leader in fingerprint pattern recognition technology and currently has 15 patents on it's biometric solutions. After divesting themselves of non-core assets Mytec has hit the acquisition trail and is acquiring Biometric Identification an American company that should solidify their global leadership. Expect the closing of the acquisition sometime in the first quarter of 2001 along with a name change to "Bioscrypt Inc." In an industry expected to expand from $200 million last year to $2.6 billion by 2006, this company seems to be getting all their ducks in a row for a run at the big time.
