Gus, << Right now if you look beyond the specmanship, only EMC, Hitachi and IBM currently have the mature disaster-tolerant boxes for this type of large scale application and the gap between EMC and IBM/Hitachi is even wider than the gap between IBM/Hitachi and the other server vendors. >> Thanks Gus. Sure seems like HDS is doing the right things in storage, but they still can't make a profit. Makes me think I should have backed up the truck and the mini van to pick up more shares of EMC when it flirted with 50 recently. cheers, pigboy
