I listened to the speech and it was fine. A speech is really just something to rally a crowd and it did that very well. I'm more interested in what his actions will be in the coming weeks and some of the specifics of his plans.

Clinton acted like a jerk. His job, after stepping off the platform, is to get lost, not review President Bush's troops or give speeches.

Filing the forms at 11:00pm is to be expected. Sliding them in under the door, so to speak.

someway Clinton does maintain personal popularity

It's disturbing to think that Clinton reflects the deplorable level of values to which our nation and its news and entertainment media have sunk. The next four years will tell us to what degree this sad condition is reversible.
