Hi jbe, If you go to Baldy's profile and look at his posting history, you'll see why he was moderated off the LWP. He's quite busy posting here, though, and engaging liberals in debate. I hope he'll get over his banning sometime in the near future. You were at Columbia during the '68 strike? Man, what an exciting (and terrifying) time. It's interesting how different factions of the left and right "come to power" so to speak, at diferent times.

Hi Joan. If you want to save yourself the trouble of following Poet's advice and checking out Baldy's profile, you can just check Message 15168953, his first post here. Oddly, Baldy never quite got around to his "questions about conservatives". I was informed later that I missed the subtle nuances in that post. Rush is funny too, I hear. Cheers, Dan.

If you look at Poet's posts to me and mine to her, you will notice that when she disagrees with me she either bars me from her thread or puts me on ignore. She has never put forward a rational argument to counter what I post. She reminds of a small child in her actions. When I posted some information about male rape in response to a question from her, she totally ignored that post. I even admitted that I might have been mistaken in my first assertion (something I saw quoted on public TV). She totally resists any discussion of facts and resorts to personal insults very quickly.
