Do you know why the Russians are always biased against NATO? I don't know... maybe it's because they can't over the past tradition of wanting to invade and conquer Europe? Btw, I'm not blaming the Chinese or Russians for collecting intelligence on cruise missiles. That's the job of their attaches, just as it would be for ours. But collecting information is one thing, and playing an active and illegitimate roll in directly assisting the Milosevic regime is quite another. I wonder why the Chinese were so cozy with Milosevic and his Mrs? I wonder why the Chinese leadership would want to assist his illegimate and kleptocratic regime (who have reportedly stolen billions from the Serbian people)? Another question to ask your leaderhip.
