Friday Jan 19 2001 News Release
Also Wavve Telecommunications Inc (WV)
Mr. Serafino Iacono reports
Since the date of the company's last announcement in November, 2000, it has sold 2,393,800 shares of Wavve Telecommunications, Inc. on the open market. Bolivar sold the shares to increase its working capital in order to assist the startup and expansion of the storage access business that it recently purchased. The sale of the shares reduces Bolivar's holding from 12 per cent to 8.5 per cent of Wavve's total issued and outstanding capital. Bolivar may sell additional shares on the open market from time to time as market conditions and its investment objectives dictate.
