here is an email I just sent Peter: Peter, I am writing this email at the request of several SUNX shareholders who regular the Raging Bull Forum. My handle on that board is "youmustreadthis". If you read my prior posts you will find that I question many things about your prior news releases and objectives of "publicly traded" status. My questions are as follows: 1) It is apparant that SUNX refuses to clarify who Will Shown is and give any corporate details about them. Why is this? 2) If Will Shown is a "Major Pac Rim" manufacturer then one would assume your competition is aware of them. Further, because you named them in your press release you competition is aware of the Sunncomm/Will Shown relationship so how do you validate the trade secret excuse? 3) Can you explain reference in your press releases to Sunncomm holding certain Patents? 4) do you have any financial proof that Will Shown can make good on a $20,000,000 contract? 5) has will shown, as its own entity, generated $20,000,000 in total revenues since being formed? 6) Why did certain officers/directors/shareholders find it beneficial to form Panamanian Corporations? 7) do ANY of the SUNX employees post to the Raging Bull forum? if so what are their handles? 8)Finally, If SUNX errored in any of its press releases would it publicly retract these statements?
