DJ Emulex CEO, Directors File To Sell Combined 360,000 Shr

I don't blame them ...

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--Emulex Corp. (EMLX) Chief Executive Paul Folino, and
Directors Don Lyle, Robert Goon and Michael Downey filed to sell a total of
360,000 common shares of the company, according to four Form 144s released
Tuesday by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Folino registered 200,000 shares; Lyle, 60,000; Goon, 50,000; and Downey,
50,000.
All of the filers listed Jan. 24 as the approximate sale date for their
shares, which had a combined market value of about $37 million, according to
the filings.
Robertson Stephens & Co. was listed as the broker for the sales.
Emulex, based in Costa Mesa, Calif., develops fibre channel host bus
adapters, hubs, application specific integrated circuits, or ASICs, and
software products.
A Form 144 allows for the sale of restricted stock, but it isn't a
commitment to sell.
