Boy, thats an understatement. Although so far I have done ok and lowered my cost on extr, I did much better on paper with more write/buy backs then the two that I did. But sheeez...talk about stress...and they were only paper trades<ggg>.....I wanted to hit the button more times then the two I actually did, but I figured I would do a tad of the real thing and then some practice along with it.......Yep, did great on paper, but like you said, you gotta keep your nose glued to the market. I too, would like to cut back on some stress this year, but at the same time, I need to try my best to patiently, and wisely, recoup some of last years disaster....so I'm kind of in the middle as far as trading versus simple buy, write and forget about it til expiry....

Good luck with gmst....I haven't looked at the options, but you mention they are paying better then extr, huh? Hmm...Not too many are...I'll have to take a look. Thanks and good luck.
