As to Michael Dell purchase / exercise of option ..... there are some substantial tax implications, which are not small change either. I just wonder wen SUNW management will start exercising option and hold the shares, not to mention buying in the open market. They pocketed hundred of millions on shareholders expense and diluted EPS It time to brag less and get into action - if as senior manager you belive in SUNW future buy shares period! At Citibank for example they have done that a while ago. Haim
