it ain't gonna be easy. Wife is very distraught and I have no doubt that he will head straight there next time he's loose. No way can I keep him from going if he wants to get inside their fence. He's never been inside the house for more than 30 minutes prior to this evening. He's "needing" to patrol right now. I should have known the first time he dragged a deer leg up and ate it in the front yard that trouble was coming. He catches rabbits too. I saw him swinging a pelt around last week. He always brings the remains up to a certain spot in the yard. Looks like a bone garden.
The bigger problem is the neighbors. Last thing I want is trouble with them. I was really cool today and he acted like this was a 10th infraction...doood wouldn't even talk to me. He was really shook up. I think he's lost animals to dogs in the past and just took the whole load out on me.
