I went by my own name- people know me by my own name. You made statements about a person represented by an alias- but many people know the identity of the person behind that alias. IT would make an interesting case- your using an alias to liable me would be no defense. I cannot print in the paper something under a pseudonym that libels you, and hope to use that pseudonym as a defense. SI knows who you are- and I can prove I went by my own name. Libel needs to be published to 3rd parties- I can prove certain 3rd parties who read your statements know my real name- that is all that is required.
