What worry's me again is SECTOR ROTATION. Its interesting to see how some are starting to get quite exuberant again. For about 2 years whenever there was EXTREME SECTOR ROTATION, the market eventually corrected. That has been the trend - EXTREME SECTOR ROTATION led to CORRECTION. And as the old saying goes - THE TREND IS YOUR FRIEND. I guess for some the TREND IS YOUR FRIEND saying only applys when it is positive for the market. ggggggggg As long as EXTREME SECTOR ROTATION continues, I will be cautious as to which sector Im in. Lets not forget, that the DOW and NAZ have moved more than 1000 points in the past due to SECTOR ROTATION, so I wont ignore the possibility of a strong rally in certain sectors - keeping in mind that if the trend continues, then the market will eventually be corrected again, which could be the PHASE 3 that some bears are expecting. seeya
