Ron,

I scoured the net. Couldn't find anything on any
combination I could think of.

My point on the immediate action was and is that this
is within Dimethaid's right to initiate the entire
amount without delay and that risk must absolutely have
been recognized by Acqua.

Acqua would know they have no hope of selling 7+ million
shares without killing the stockprice and if Dimethaid
so chooses - will end up holding most of them.

Its part of David's point and I'm illustrating the extent
of the committment Acqua is making after hearing what
Rebecca had to say to them.

This is also the first time I have heard Dimethaid
incorporate the words $25 stock price in their activities.

We'll see.

Hi Ron, I bet your post sent many scurring to find Acqua Wellington's home page. <i.Can anyone find a site for them?
I cannot find any links either. Obviously you must have searched the net for their home page and found none. Perhaps an internet, public friendly face is not needed for they to run their business.

But a Google (or other search engine) search reveals Acqua Wellington is very active doing MANY similar deals with life sciences companies this past year. $30mm USD to $50mm USD is the norm for them. According to Rebecca, "Although this form of financing has been used by a number of biotech companies in the United States, this is the first equity financing by Acqua Wellington with a Canadian company."

"Acqua Wellington Asset Management, LLC acts as an adviser to Acqua Wellington and
the Acqua Wellington Family of Funds. The Funds are targeted at investment
opportunities among midcap and smallcap publicly traded companies in domestic and
global markets. Their primary focus is in the life sciences and technology sectors. "

Well, this is significant to me. DMX is able to get in the door and gain the confidence in a large institutional fund. I'm not too sure if being Canadian is a liability or not even though DMX is the first Canadian company Acqua has done this type of financing with.
