Dear James: I dont have the time to read the URLS you referenced but if the foreign investors have already made up their minds to pull out of USA market how in the World could you blame Bush, he hasnt even gone to the front office yet!! Now, as a matter of record, when interest rates RISE in the USA foreign investors almost ALWAYS move into the USA market as not only is it a stock play but its also a CURRENCY play. When interest rates fall, it takes a very strong stock market to hold them because in general a falling interest rate weakens a nations currency. I do not mean that in a negative sense as frankly IMHO our currency was becoming TOO STRONG vs a vs the Worlds currencies. JDN

What a hoot. Thanks for the laughs courtesy of a few hard Left papers.

Bush certainly has more foreign policy expertise in his administration than Clinton ever had in his irredeemably corrupt regime. Remember, Clinton never had any foreign policy success, just failure. All the more remarkable, because he was left a world largely at peace - Clinton had to create failure in order to achieve it.

It is natural though, that America's enemies loved Clinton.

>>Thousands of demonstrators booed the inauguration of George W. Bush Saturday, which took place amid the tightest security measures ever.

Clinton required the tightest security of any regime. Pennsylvania Avenue remains closed.
