OK, so better educated people, according to you, have a higher percentage of atheist beliefs and higher educated people also vote Republican more than Democrat. I'm not sure where this is leading, but does that mean that the Christian right don't really exist? :-)
My post was in response to an assertion that Bush was dumbing down this country, your's seems to be somewhat of a non sequitur to the original discussion. Educated people are more likely to vote Republican and they are also more likely to be atheist.
That's interesting, but I'm not sure if it proves anything. BTW, is that atheist thing worldwide or just in this country? Obviously I was only referring to the US since as far as I know it is the only country where the two main political parties are known as Republican and Democrat.
