Thanks Jack for your input. I read what you had to say on the Yahoo thread and agree. I was at first concerned because NMSS missed their first revised warning by so much. But when you look at the numbers, as you so ably have done, and listen to the CC you have to be impressed. I've been in this stock for several years and IMO they've never looked better. I like IBAS as well. I believe their CEO is on NMSS board. If your looking for an entry point for NMSS I don't expect to see under 8. Perhaps in the mid 8's but I don't think so. It was mentioned that there would be an impressive news release real soon in the CC. Good luck, niv

Hi Jack, tks for your conference notes....just a quick question (I develop using NMSS boards and recently bought 8000 shares recently.)

I was just curious looking at their recent balance sheet and noticed that they raided 177 million in cash by borrowing so now they appear to have over 300 million (although you said they had 200 million)

WHY did they raise the additional funds when they already had 133 million in liquid investments and are cashflow positive? Did they borrow money in anticipation of buying out a company? If you know the answer, that would be greatly appreciated.
