Cal and all,

The disclosure of a confidentiality agreement to Acqua by Rebecca says that she had to sell this co. in good fashion.

I'm still of the contention just after the Provalis deal, that she has EU approval in the basket and the big Pharma lined up as well.
My reasoning is why the 25.00 cap on stock purchase on the 13 month purchase window?

Rebacca had to remain stonewalled on the fact that she pulls all the strings on the announcements and could not rest assure Acqua that she will hold back on pending favourable news while they accumulate at suppressed prices.
She was expeditious in her announcement of this financing deal just after the Provalis distributorship, which leads me to believe the EU deal will follow shortly. She had to lure them in with some already done goodies and this had to be one of them.
I could be wrong on my read of this, but my gut feeling is swaying my thinking as such.
The FDA is the golden goose, they all must be confident that it's a given.

Regards Tom G.
