Tom a little bit more speculation on my behalf, Could it have been possible that the "small pharma" ,presevation of royalties and earnings Provalis, was a prerequisite or requirement to the Acqua financing? It would also help keep a lid on the share price for awhile. Just thinking out loud...... p.s. Tom, great point on the renaming of this co. ! As so far as the dilution? I still see it as Nasdaq come early with a different profound, hopefully positive effect. Creation of flexibility within Rebecca's grasp to maximize shareholder value on a long term basis is paramount. Tom G.
