"consultant" and "advisor" could be translated as the beginning of a departure... Let's face it -- The integration of GNET & INSP has taken place... The management has looked at this time --- year end reporting --to clearly part company and relinquish day to day responsibilities...

This is all mho... but it is quite common to have a buyout / merger and then a subsequent management shakeup...

Many people on this board referred to Mr. Horowitz as "the reason" they would continue to hold this stock...

In reading the press release, he has "virtually" departed... along with his focus on cost conscious management style... very interesting to see the earnings report in one week... and of course the guidance...
