Hi Tim, Teresa's program was a beginning for me, of really taking a closer look at resistance and support and to begin to gain some patience waiting for retests and breakouts. You might want to try a free week long trial in OJ's "da room". Day in day out I listen to his triggers and look at the charts he posts, and last night he gave a free class via Firetalk. And I am finally beginning to understand p&f and to intuitively "see" patterns in charts. I have a long ways to go of course but constant exposure teaches best. I am not trading every day though. I think it's useful knowledge because you are more secure with your entry and exit and you also are willing to wait. (sort of, LOL)
