...by the way. Frost's 'near-term' target for PDE is 54 based on a 22.5 multiple of 2002 EPS. PDE is at about 20 this morning.

The % to target for PDE is the highest of the OSX stocks followed by Frost. Second place is Atwood with a target of 90.

What would be a few good stocks to start a position in the energy sector -- may be stocks which may benefit from California Energy Crisis in your opinion?
