SM, I just took that right from the CFSB website. . .always best to take it right from the horses mouth. Most interesting omission was todays upgrade. . . which doesn't appear on their own news.

Many have asked "what's happening with MRCH?" . . . when attempting to answer this question, I will often scan news going back several months, to see what has been mostly on the minds of management. What I see with MRCH are dozens of PR releases on Class Action suits. . . reports that say that the company has enough cash for 1 quarter. . . layoffs. . . downsizing. . .all because of the dramatic drop in stock price, which keeps them from being able to continue borrowing money to survive. Then when I look at their finances and see that the company spends more than it takes in, it isn't hard to see that they are in serious trouble.

So despite such a recent sharp decline, I am wary of this spike. . .especially based on an upgrade, rather than news of a major investment or other lifesaving news.

Everyone can make such determinations about stocks, just by doing their DD. It isn't that tough to figure out what is happening. Then when you apply a dose of skepticism to the brokerage moves or news. . . [considering they want to win against you, rather than guide you toward making moves in YOUR best interest]. . .the real picture comes better into focus.

Best wishes,
