Hi Carl:

The rates for the Suez size double hulled tankers will be more based upon the supply of ships to carry the supply of crude oil. If OPEC cuts back crude production we will have more capacity to carry and that should put pressure on daily rates.

Actually for an announcement don't expect any. You'll have to call the US agent. I expect it to be over $1 for this and next qtr. Not sure after that.

I would wait if I was not already in but just to see if the majority shareholder is deciding to sell more shares. The 300+ thousand last quarter put the pressure on the stock down to $18.5 area.

A lot of old relics have come out of storage and been refurbished with rates so high. This will probably put a top in but double hulled still carry a premium.
