Erin resumes Piskanja Borate negotiations Erin Ventures Inc EV Shares issued 21,611,450 Jan 31 close $0.25 Wed 31 Jan 2001 News Release Mr. Blake Fallis reports The corporation is currently in advanced-stage negotiations with a leading, international chemical and industrial mineral company. The objective of these discussions is to form a strategic alliance to effectively develop the corporation's Piskanja Borate property in Yugoslavia. Both parties are currently exchanging information and conducting due diligence, and are treating this process as a matter of high priority. There is no assurance that these negotiations will be successfully completed. However, if an alliance is successfully structured, it may have a material effect on the price of Erin's shares.
