flap, you must be thinking of somebody else. The company I referred to was a family company, but my father started it, and I carried on in his footsteps. Since no union ever won an election in our plant, you cannot call me a "union buster". The first union election concerning our employees, was conducted without our knowledge, and no union representative presented himself to management with any grievances, or notice of the election. Therefore, we did absolutely nothing to impede and election that we knew nothing about. The union was defeated 175 to 30. Our employees busted the union chops all by themselves. The mark of a good manufacturer is to know that the employees are one of the main assets the business can have. With that attitude, the unions didn't have a snowball's chance in hell of winning an election.

BTW, when my father died, I owned the company. No other heirs to the throne. Sorry to bust your, rather fragile, bubble. ~H~
