OK..this is one I've had for some time..How do you remove all those "protected" files. Most of my cookies won't let me take them out My defrag alarm is at 3% and on auto-fix back to the musical notes. I watched a cleaned up cut of Woodstock the other night..Man what a differnce. I still get goosebumps during Santana's Soul Sacrifice (Michael Shrive on drums) and the killer "Goin Home (By Helicopter)"..ALvin Lee thx again

Norton System Doctor... In my opinion, System Doctor, those gauges monitoring your system, have their default scheduling set too frequently. For example: Few fill disk so fast they need space sampled every second -- from one to five minutes should do. Take a moment and see what your system does. Right click each sensor, select properties, Measurement tab, and make sure the sampling frequency suits your needs. Only the WinDoctor, the stoplight square, seems to default to overly infrequent execution. I think mine was every week. Daily would be more appropriate. This is all personal opinion. Increasing the sampling frequency places higher burdens on the system, while infrequent checks will delay your detection of potential problems. Cheers, PW.
