Ward, just saw your Jan. 22 posting re NOR. What do you
think now. I got in at 15.00. Seemed hard to lose at that
price. However, I checked some broker's reports and they
still have it rated Accumulate and that usually means
don't buy or even sell. Target price of 14.95.Stock seems
to have got ahead of them. Either they analysts are being
lazy and not keeping up with what is happening with the
company and the price or, one assumes, they know something
I don't that will bring the price back down to 15.00.
In a declining interest rate environment (will Greenspan
go the Japanese route and cut interest to less than
one percent if the NASDAQ continues to fall), the
dividend is really good. The chart, I thought, positive.
