Firm lowers its 2001 revenue forecast to $261 mln from $307 mln to reflect tougher market environment for eCRM products as demonstrated by other sector names. On view that company will slow expense growth, Morgan Stanley trimming its 2001 loss estimate to ($0.15) from ($0.20).
