Are we witnessing a new 'Ruff', a Ruff for the new millinneum? The old Ruff would scan the boards on a minute by minute basis, watching Q developments with an eagle eye like a momma dog watches over her pups, posting news even before they would hit the American media wire services. Now, the new Ruff pops in once a week, then disappears for a while. What's up with that, Ruff? Have you and your research team been hired to work for another company?
