You think it looks good for NPNT regarding that lawsuit? Legally I really don't know where they stand.

Are you privvy to inside info on the NP case? If not then assume the big dog wins. They usually do. The small dog is forced to settle at best or be dragged out in court for years. That's our legal system. Unless NP has a slam-dunk then VZ would either buy NP or pressure them to settle for less. VZ I'm sure is also insured against litigations at least to a degree. It's like baseball teams, they insure against injured players, or in this case injured parties.
