Rebecca quashed my theory....(EU in the bag)

Oh well, looks like a few months for Eu approval, she did say however that negotiations with a possible major is taking place {reading between the lines}.

did we not submit applications in france, germany, sweeden, switzerland, and italy in november or december? i thought that was announced.
