One of the biggest "voucher" programs we have is called "Pell Grants"
which are given to college students in good standing. If you can get
into a school, there is a pell grant waiting for you if you qualify. Sad
that one of the most successful programs for students is unavailable
for K-12 students. I got pell grants myself. In fact, I never would have
been able to go to college without them. Vouchers would be a major
break for working parents who want something better for their kids.
