Looks like money moved back into bonds today. I am currently 100% cash. I've become very risk adverse even though I made money last year and this year. Earnings look poor until at least third quarter and maybe beyond. Layoffs haven't had an impact on the economy yet, but they will. I'm uncomfortable when the market moves opposite the fundamentals and see it as a short term move up. I believe the Fed will turn things around in about 6 months. In the mean time, unless prices fall more, P/Es will shoot up. Naz and Dow both hit resistance, but don't seem to want to go down. I'm confused.
