Hi O - I doubt Paul Allen has any allegiance in Russ, i.e., they will judge how to handle their respective holding in INSP according to their respective investment strategy. However, you are absolutely right. No matter how Mr Jain spins it, this is a major shakup. While Sarun and Russ will stay on for the time being, it is not likely to be long term. I think Dave's stk option theory probably explains Rosenberg's departure very well. He is from the financial side, and since he has no trouble resuming his previous life as a investment banker/analyst, he probably cuts his loss. From the angle, maybe it is not as traumatic as I have thought.

I think we will have to see if the stk will hold its recent low [also 52 wk low]

best, Bosco

This is NUTS
This company has NO debt, good partners, repeatedly beats estimates, wireless penetration and based on stupid speculation about whether or why senior executives MAY be less active in the company, the stock gets cut 20%. Companies CAN prosper after executive changes. For a company where earnings have been affected adversely, this is understandable. But INSP has solid earnings growth. Technically, we have gone from a pennant to a flag, a typical formation at bottoms where the money flows from weak hands to strong and knowledgeable hands (see Rhea the Dow theory). I'm holding on
All this is just my opinion, do what u like with ur positions. I am not recommending u buy or sell the stock.
