Trindy, a lot of people have called the breadth as bullish for the market (indexes), but i'm not so sure it isn't another one of those sector rotation things that we have been going thru, with rotation out of big caps that have been oversubscribed to and into the unloved small/mid caps.

however most institutions have missed out on this rotation, if you can go by the $XII chart.
