We ran into it recently when trying to print a presentation. Every attempt to print the entire presentation produced "MSO97.DLL error" messages. We printed a page at a time and isolated the problem to one slide that contained an embedded OLE object, a chart in this case. Doubleclicking the chart gave us a "Server not found" error message -- whatever app had created the chart, we didn't have it on our system. Resolution: we ungrouped the chart. After that the presentation printed without errors. We'll add more to this FAQ as we learn more.
