**OT** marginmike, it is interesting how you interpret what I posted, aside from misreading my post I would comment that there was no business of the US Supreme Court to stop the recount. The ruling was divided along party lines and that is the main point.

IMHO US democracy was smashed by the small group of republicans and those justices appointed by republicans. They played with fire and it is I think a fist in the US that the Supreme Court divided exactly by party lines ordered who will be the President of the US.

Further I do not need to justify in this post my dislike of the outgoing administration as it is well documented on SI.

As to Bush Jr. I would have some respect for him if he would kick out AG on the spot and submit more liberal justices to the US Supreme court
