TA, After reading on wireless broadband solutions for the past week, I came to the conclusion that high speed land lines will be the only solution. Wireless may be good for email and simplier internet uses but one will need the land lines for real broadband. As companies like JDSU automate and cut component costs, the deployment plans can be accelerated. I believe that is what JDSU is betting on----becoming the low cost producer of the more common components required in the network. They want it to make business sense for the carriers to want to put in these high speed lines.
