Due to the ample supply of high yield near defaulted debt,in the market, many businesses do not get the funds needed for real investments (equipment) to improve efficiency and that is bad.

More paper money at high prices (liquidity) only helps financial speculators who can earn the yearly interest in one day and worry later about repay and play further but not investing and that is the bad aspect of it.

Higher stock prices will not easily improve demand but more investments will improve competitiveness and lower US imports and that what counts.
